TECHNICAL SHEET
Wine which undergoes oxidative aging, varieties of grape employed are Palomino, Muscat and Pedro Ximénez, it is aged approximately 10-12 years through the process of “Soleras and Criaderas” in American oak casks. Slightly sweet, its alcohol content is 18.5% and it is available in 75 cl bottle.
TASTING NOTES
With amber, clear and bright color, it displays very intense aromas on the nose, with hints of caramel and nuts, and it is slightly sweet in the mouth, well-balanced and full-bodied.
PAIRING
Thanks to its singular origin, this wine is as welcome at the beginning of a meal as it is at end and even by itself in the middle of the afternoon or evening. This wine prevails as the perfect company for foie in fine dining.
